The approach I like to take in shooting portraits is first to try and get to know my subject(s). My goal is not only to achieve high quality, artistic photographs of my subjects but to also capture their personality and portray their character in a creative way.

I prefer to meet my clients in person not only to go over the specifics of the shoot and the direction they would like to go but also to get a sense of the person's character and personality.
